Shipping and Return Policies

 

Shipping Rules and Guidelines - USA

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS Priority with tracking and drop-off without signature. USPS First Class IS AVAILABLE WITHIN THE USA if that order is within the requirements detailed in the USPS guidelines for shipping First Class Parcels.  

 

Shipping Rules and Guidelines - INTERNATIONAL

Shipping fees include handling, packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect all orders from any damages.

USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL IS NOT AVAILABLE ON ALL ORDERS.
Due to the lower reliability and slow transit time of this service, SMcG Customs will only use First Class international upon request by the customer. 

Insurance is available upon request and will be invoiced directly to the customer before shipping.  Any order that is not insured will not be protected by the carrier.

 

Returns and Refunds

Any merchandise that is deemed defective due to poor manufacturing and quality control may be returned withing (7)days for a replacement identical item.  If for any reason, the damaged item is out of stock, we will issue the customer a credit or replace the item with a comparable/evenly priced item.  Any damages that occur during shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Insurance claims must be filed with the local carrier in which the order was shipped.

YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM FOR REFUND.
WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR PURCHASE WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. 

PLEASE DO NOT SURPRISE US BY RETURNING THE ITEM WITHOUT CONTACTING US AHEAD OF TIME
...IF WE DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOUR RETURN, WE CAN'T FOLLOW UP ON IT FOR YOU.

ALL RETURN SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER UNLESS APPROVED BY SMcG CUSTOMS PRIOR TO RETURN.

SMcG CUSTOMS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST RETURN SHIPMENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
